Original Cave Dust is all spice and no salt.  Many Pit Masters prefer to salt or brine their meats prior to the rub stage.  This method allows you to control the level of salt to your taste.  So we used only the finest ingredients and no salt. 

Hand mixed with a proprietary blend of spices that combine savory, sweet and a touch of heat. 

Excellent on pork, chicken, fish and just about any other meat.
